Installing Dash in Salesforce
Engagio Dash is typically installed through the Salesforce AppExchange.
You can find it by following this direct link or by searching for "Engagio Dash" on the AppExchange.
Once at the App Exchange listing, find and click the "Get It Now" button in the top right-hand corner of the screen:
You will then likely have to re-login into your Salesforce environment.
When you've logged in you'll be asked whether you'd like to install Dash in your Production Environment or a Sandbox:
The next screen you should see is the one asking you whether you'd like to install Dash for Admins only, all users, or for specific profiles only. We recommend installing for Admins only. Once Dash is configured, expand access to other users by using permission sets.
Finally, click the "Install" button, and the application will start the install process.
Once the installation is complete, click "Done."
If you receive a message that the application is taking a long time to install, then you should receive an email when the installation is complete.
Once the installation is complete, the Engagio Dash application should be available in the Salesforce App Launcher.
