On the Email Auto Locking page, administrators can configure the email auto lock settings for their organization.

What's a locked email?

Locked emails show the people on the email, but not the subject line or the email body. You'll know an email is locked when it looks like above.

Available Options

Enable email body display:
By default, we won't show the email body when viewing the communication history, instead, we'll show you the subject line and who is on the email chain.

Auto-lock executive email:
If you would like emails from certain people to be automatically locked like the image above, you can type their email in the input box below. We'll automatically suggest people within your organization, but you can also just type a new email address we haven't seen before too.

Auto-lock all users' email:
If you would like emails from all people at your organization to be automatically locked like the image above, enable this toggle.
