Creating Private Assets is a good way to keep other Engagio users views uncluttered. 

When you make an Orchestrator asset Private, it will only visible to the person who makes it private and admins. Public Orchestrator assets on the other hand are visible to everyone with an Engagio login.

NOTE: Once an asset has been made Public, you will not be able to switch it back to Private.

Make a Filter Public

  1. When creating a Filter there is an option to set the Filter as Private or Public.

If the Filter is already created go to Orchestrator → Filters to see the full list of Filter in your instance.

From there select the Filter(s) you want to make public from the list and select “Make Public.”

Make a List Public

  1. When creating a List there is an option to set the List as Private or Public.

If the List is already created go to Orchestrator → Lists to see the full list of Lists in your instance.

From there select the List(s) you want to make public from the list and select “Make Public.”

Make a Report Public

  1. If the Report is already created go to Orchestrator → Reports to see the full list of Reports in your instance.

From there select the Report(s) you want to make public from the list and select “Make Public.”
