First, create a Report, which includes a layout and a Selector. After your Report is created you can set up a Subscription to specify the frequency and recipients for the Report.  

Create a Single List Subscription

Use Single List Subscription mode when you want to send this report to yourself or a few people using the same list.

  • List - Select the List you want to apply the Report Layout and Selector to.

  • Users/Recipients - Choose who to send the email Report to from a list of users in Salesforce.

  • Frequency - Specify when the report is sent out
    (i.e 1st of the Month, Daily, Every Monday, Every Tuesday, Every Wednesday, etc.)

  • Add Start/End Date

    • Start - Select the date to send the first Report or choose Immediately.

    • End - Select an end date for the Report or choose Ongoing.

Create a Personalized Subscription

Use Personalized Subscription mode when you want to send the report to your customer-facing teams so they only see the Members that they own. Bonus! It automatically looks for new users added to Salesforce.

  • Recipient Owner Type - Select an Owner Type field to send a personalized report to, each owner of that type will be selected automatically.
    Note: The picklist uses Owner Fields setup on the Settings → Auto Create Account Lists Page.

    Only users with auto-created account lists in the application will be eligible to receive a personalized subscription. (We use their list for the report!)

  • Frequency - When the report is sent out
    (i.e 1st of the Month, Daily, Every Monday, Every Tuesday, Every Wednesday, etc.)

  • Add Start/End Date

    • Start - Select the date to send the first Report or choose Immediately.

    • End - Select an end date for the Report or choose Ongoing.

Report Digests

  • If users are subscribed to multiple reports, rather than sending an email for each report Engagio will consolidate the reports into a Digest for easier consumption.
