Using Engagio to create tasks in Salesforce for sales when an account reaches MQA or when an executive at one of their target accounts has been visiting a pricing page is a great way to drive tighter sales and marketing alignment. 

The first step is to add the Create SFDC Task action to your Automation. Navigate to the action tab of the automation you are creating and click Add Action:

Choose Salesforce Task and click Create:

Enter a Subject for your task, choose the Assignee--this will be the person in Salesforce who the task is assigned to--specify Due in Day(s)--this is when the task will be due--and lastly you can add Comments.

That’s it! Now when your automation is run, any time a person qualifies for the automation there will be a task created in SFDC and assigned to your selected assignee.
