Adding Additional Actions to an Automation
An automation can do more than one thing at the same time. Imagine you want to change account data, change person data, and add people to an Outreach Sequence when certain criteria is met. All of this can be done with a single automation by adding additional actions!
Navigate to an Automation that already has an action. Notice that there is an Add Action button that becomes available for you to add additional actions.
Click the Add Action button to get to the available actions for you to select the action that you want to add.
That’s it! You have added another action!
