The automations overview grid is where you can go to see all of your automations. You can access this grid by navigating to Automations, Favorite, or My Automations in the left hand navigation in Engage:

The over view grid provides access to the following information:

  • Name: Name
  • Member Type: Account or     Person
  • Schedule: Scheduled or     Recurring
  • State: Active or Inactive
  • Job Status: status of the     most recent run: none (never run) In progress, Success/Partial     failure/Failure
  • Owner: Owner
  • Favorite: Favorited
  • Created - date of when the     automation was created
  • Last Modified - date of when     something about the automation was last changed
  • Last Run - Date and time of     last run

Name is the name that you have given your Automation when creating it, or by editing it from the Details tab.

Member Type is what the automation is running against. This can be Accounts if you are choosing to run actions against accounts, or People if you are choosing to run actions against people. 

Schedule indicates the type of schedule the automation has. If it has been run using Run Once Now, through a single Scheduled Run, or is currently scheduled through Scheduled Run to run in the future, then the schedule column will indicate that this automation is a Scheduled automation type:

If the automation is scheduled though Recurring or has run previously using a Recurring schedule then the schedule column will indicate that this automation is Recurring:

If the automation has never run and is not scheduled then it will be in an empty state:

State indicates whether the automation is currently active or inactive. Active means that the automation is live and is waiting for the scheduled date and time to run. Inactive means that the automation has either never run, or has finished running and it will not run again unless re-scheduled and re-activated.  

Job Status will indicate the status of the most previous run. If the Automation has not run, this column will show an empty state:

If the Automation is currently running, this column will show an in progress state:

If the Automation has run and all qualified accounts and people have succeeded, this column will show a success state:

If the Automation has run and has partially failed, meaning some people or accounts who qualified were unsuccessful for all actions, or some actions were unsuccessful against some people or accounts, this column will show a partial failure state:

If the Automation has run and was a complete failure, meaning all people or accounts who qualified were unsuccessful for all actions, this column will show a total failure state:

Owner will be the Engagio user who created the automation.

Favorite will contain a filled in or empty start to indicate that this automation has been made a favorite by the user.

Created will contain the date that the automation was created.

Last Modified will contain the date of when something about the automation was last changed.

Created will contain the date of when the automation was created.

Last Modified  will contain the date of when something about the automation was last changed.

Last Run will contain the date and time of last run.
