The history tab of an automation gives you access to everything you need to know about what the automation has done, to who, and when.

The second section is Action Status. The Action Status tab contains all of the details for each action for each person or account that has qualified for the automation.

The action status contains the following columns for a person automation which can be edited by clicking edit columns:

  • Executed Time: contains the date and time that the specific action was completed
  • Action Type: contains the type of action that was completed
  • Person: contains the person's first and last name who the action was run against
  • Email: contains the person's email address who the action was run against
  • Account: contains the account name that the person who the action was run against is associated to
  • Action Detail: contains specific details about what the action did to the person
  • Status: contains success or failure depending on whether or not the action was able to successfully complete

The action status contains the following columns for a person automation which can be edited by clicking edit columns:
