The Account Journey Dashboard has a section below the Pipeline/Revenue KPIs that show key Journey KPIs:

There are three metrics for each Account List:

  • Volume: How many Accounts went to the indicated stage within the time period?
  • Conversion: What % of Accounts in indicated stage moved to the next stage within the time period?
  • Velocity: How long on average did Accounts spend in the indicated stage within the time period?

And all of these metrics are within the time period indicated:

Configuration

Each of the KPIs reflect a single stage in the Journey that's been defined by an Admin in Settings ---> Journey Analytics ---> KPI

In these settings, the Admin chooses the stage in the Journey that each of the KPIs will show on the Account Journeys Dashboard for all users.
