We use support login access to log in to your Salesforce instance in order to help configure Dash, troubleshoot issues, etc. 

We will only use this access to review the issue. We will not be creating any new fields, workflow rules or process builders with this access.

Here are the steps to give us that access:

1. Click on "Settings" under your username in Salesforce:

2. Under "My Personal Information" find the section called "Grant Account Login Access"

3. Find Engagio, Inc. Support and select the timeframe you want Engagio to be able to access Salesforce in the "Access Duration" field. 

Note: Typically 14 days is needed for initial install and 3-7 days for troubleshooting


4. Click "Save"
