After you have created your Segment in Engagio, create a custom field in Salesforce to map the values to.
Note: Only available for Person and Account Segments and must be mapped to a Salesforce Lead, Contact or Account field

Once the field is created in Salesforce, go to the SFDC Custom Fields within the Platform section of Settings.

Click New Field and choose Segment as the Data Type.

Select your Segment and the corresponding field in Salesforce and click Save.
