Using Engagio to manage people in Salesforce Campaigns is a great way to get the right people into the right campaign with the right status for sales visibility.

The first step is to add the Change Status in Salesforce Campaign action to your Automation. Navigate to the action tab of the automation you are creating and click Add Action:

Choose Change Status in Salesforce Campaign and click Create:

Choose a Salesforce Campaign--this is the campaign people who qualify will be removed from: Make sure to Save.

That’s it! Now when your automation is run, any person who qualifies for the automation will have their status changed in selected SFDC Campaign.

Note: if the person is not already a member of the campaign, they will be added with the selected status.
