History: Action Status "Skip"
Sometimes, you will notice that people or accounts are "Skipped" when you are looking at an automation history.
You will know something is skipped when you see the following icon next to the status:
The reasons someone is skipped will vary from platform to platform. Some reasons something will be skipped:
- The thing you are trying to run the action against does not exist in the third party platform.
- You are running a Convert Lead Action and the person is not matched to an account.
